This well respected recruitment firm who specialise within the Insurance, Loss Adjusting and Financial Services industries are seeking a Financial Services Recruiter to join their established team working from their central Leeds office. Duties will include achieving monthly/quarterly financial targets set by the company. You will satisfy the needs of instructing clients through the introduction of appropriately qualified applicants. Assist applicants registered with the company to achieve the employment they desire. Conduct all business in a professional and confident manner, adhere to company systems and procedures in all aspects.
Ideally you will be experienced in financial services recruitment, but experienced recruiters from other markets will be considered. You must be confident, professional, be able to self-manage and motivate yourself, with the desire to make a real difference to your career plan. You must be proficient at making outbound calls and be comfortable interviewing candidates/clients on a one to one basis. You will be responsible for running your "own desk" and be given full internal administrative support to making this successful/profitable. Basic salary up to £25,000 plus commission and benefits.
