Leading brand insurer is seeking a Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to deal with a portfolio of HNW and Commercial losses throughout the West London region, working from a home base.
This role is a crucial part of the company strategy for managing major and complex property losses. Client is seeking an individual with significant experience in handling high value property claims for both commercial and private clients alongside strong influencing and communication skills required to engage a broad variety of stakeholders and inspire confidence in our customers during their time of need.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of major and complex property and business interruption claims, from cradle to grave, and delivering an exceptional quality and pro-active claims service to clients and brokers, whilst maintaining and enhancing the company reputation and brand. You will be responsible for every element of the claims process and accountable to both the business and the customer for bringing the claim to a mutually successful conclusion.
While reporting to the Technical Claims Manager on a day-to-day basis, you will also have direct access to, and discuss key claims with, senior Underwriters, the Head of Technical Claims, the Head of Property Claims and the Head of Claims.
Applicants must have extensive experience and a proven track record in handling high value and complex household, commercial property and business interruption claims up to £500,000 in value from either an insurer or loss adjusting background. Progression towards professional qualifications such as ACII, CertCILA or ACILA etc.

Have an ability to prioritise work and work effectively and accurately under pressure, ensuring that deadlines are met. Solid understanding of risk and regulation and be able to adhere to set reporting and claims management requirements.
