A new vacancy has arisen in Somerset for an Account Handler. The role will involve being responsible for maintaining the day to day administration of clients portfolios including claims, taking telephone enquiries from clients/insurers. You will actively be involved in the formulation of renewal terms including rebroking exercises, the production of client registers and other documentation. Working closely with the Account Executives/Sales Manager in developing and maintaining their client bank. Working as an effective member of the administration team.
Prospective applicants must hold relevant commercial insurance experience. The CII qualification is preferable. You will be educated to GCSE level to include Maths and English at Grade C and above and have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
