To help achieve service levels and results in line with company expectations by providing technical and administrative support to both the Agency Team Manager and Agency Compliance Manager for the delivery of the Network agency administration in an effective and compliant manner. This will include assistance on internal and external service level standards and the technical accuracy, relevance and efficient delivery of all matters relating to Member and Insurer agency administration and trading agreements. Assisting agency management with the provision and analysis of qualitative service and governance MI in all areas of responsibility as required.
Developing valuable and ongoing working relationships internally and externally through effective communications, efficient working methods and dedicated support. Following written procedures for the request, review and ultimate sign off of Terms of Business Agreements.
The prospective applicant will hold past experience in insurance, agency and contracts. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and Databases. Previous office experience. A good level of general education. Excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong numeracy skills. The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Methodical, approachable and a team player.
