Will be responsible for organising and supervising the activities and working practices that facilitates the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. To help train and develop team members in order to provide an efficient dynamic business which achieves its objectives. Will have a good understanding of the business objectives and support the management team in delivering results which meet or exceed agreed targets. Will be able to coach members of the sales team to reach their full potential. Have a complete understanding of all departmental procedures and systems and play an active role in overseeing and developing systems to meet the needs of the business. Able to implement and oversee new systems, procedures and products effectively and within agreed time frames. To prepare and deliver professional and well-constructed presentations to colleagues, senior management and partners.
Able to motivate the team to achieve group targets. To communicate effectively at a high level with all clients including VIP's. Flexible and willing to invest significant time and effort in order to ensure agreed targets are achieved. Planning and conducting monthly, six monthly and end of year reviews encouraging two way open and honest discussion with the sales team to provide feedback to their manager. Able to interview potential candidates effectively. Manage and monitor team performance, carrying out additional audits where required. To lead by example demonstrating values and behaviours and identifying areas and suggestions for values, sustainability, respect, integrity, team work, innovation and excellence.
Candidates must be educated to GCSE level Maths & English (Grade C or above). Will be PC literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Will have experience of working within a similar role.
