A new vacancy has arisen within a well-established, independent insurance brokerage in the North West for an Account Handler. You will be responsible for assisting the team in servicing accounts, new business and renewal administration including issuing documentation, preparation of presentations, liaising with clients and insurers, claims handling and preparing financial information. You will be working in a volume environment assisting existing clients with their day to day insurance needs, making amendments and adjustments and building quality client relationships.
Applicants applying for this vacancy must have at least 2 years broking or insurance company experience, either commercial or personal lines, great communication skills and a positive attitude. You will have a good educational background with particular reference to Maths and English. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills together with accuracy and attention to detail. You will have the ability to work effectively within a team and deliver a genuine, first class service to clients.
