A new vacancy has arisen for an Insurance Administrator to join a leading insurance wholesaler based in Sheffield.   You will be responsible for assisting in the administration and handling of claims on behalf of a number of insurers under a delegated authority.  The insured risks are predominantly for personal lines, however some commercial risks may be included dependent upon experience.  You will be involved in answering inbound calls, take notifications of all new claims, establish cover and investigate, access and negotiate liability with third parties.  You will handle claims from cradle to grave and manage your own caseload.

Applicant Requirements

Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally have previous insurance claims experience with some commercial knowledge advantageous.  You will have a good standard of education and be able to demonstrate good IT skills.  You will have a positive can do attitude and excellent communication skills.
