FEE EARNER who has gained over 15 years claimant litigation and 7 years defendant litigation experience in addition to 9 years personal injury experience within the insurance industry. Currently dealing with a balance of predominantly defendant based litigation and non-litigated case load. Wide and varied responsibilities include dealing with all aspects of cases and contact with all relevant parties including courts from receipt of the claim through to settlement of the case. Dealing with all aspects of the claim under the new Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents via the Portal from submission to settlement. Dealing with both minor soft tissue injuries and more significant injuries involving accelerations, exacerbations and aggravations, fractures and psychological injuries. Keen to secure a fresh challenge within a progressive organisation to utilise wealth of experience and knowledge.
