TEAM LEADER/CLAIMS ADJUSTER who has gained 14 years experience working within insurance company and legal environments. Currently responsible for overseeing a team of 7 Adjusters and Admin Support. Handles a high end caseload of the highest value cases, including fatalities and media sensitive cases both litigated and non-litigated. Cases range from property, motor, public liability and employer’s liability cases relating to the Police including wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, dog bites, malicious procurement of a search warrant etc. Previously held responsibility for dealing with third party claims - damages and uninsured losses for 100% and split liability cases. Keen to secure a new, challenging claims role in a progressive environment.

Currently studying towards Diploma in Insurance. Cert CII.
