INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATOR with over 13 years experience. In last role, covered account opening, ensuring the Investment Manager had all the correct documentation when meeting potential clients. Made sure that all the paperwork was completed enough to pass AML in order to process to Data Management for account set up.  In previous role, ensured all client relationships were properly documented on a timely basis, including checking 'Know Your Client' information was maintained and up-to-date. Assisted in the production of investment proposals. Provided clients and/or their agents with information and reports about their portfolio. All tasks and duties were completed within all relevant rules, compliance regulations and in-house policies and procedures. Answered the phones, dealt with queries. Ensured new accounts were opened in a timely and accurate manner. Processed client payments, administration of deceased accounts, arranged portfolio transfers, processed ISA subscriptions and ensured US and Canadian Tax forms were kept up-to-date.  Previously as a Personal Assistant, held responsibility for providing support to the Client Sales Director and Client Market Director, provided essential administrative support and acted as the department co-ordinator to the rest of the team as required.
