COMPLIANCE MANAGER/SENIOR TECHNICAL UNDERWRITER/CLAIMS HANDLER and TEAM LEADER with over 20 years experience working in the insurance industry and 5 years out of the industry as a Project Coordinator. Career has progressed through household claims and underwriting to Team Manager and then to Change/Project Management roles. Was responsible for underwriting specialist liability insurance schemes plus Office, Directors’ & Officers, Personal Accident, Legal Expenses and Household and handling claims. More recently has undertaken compliance roles within broking environments. Is keen to secure alternative employment within a Team Leader or Operational Role.
