BUILDING SURVEYOR with experience gained in private practice and within a loss adjuster. Has held the position of building surveyor carrying out surveys for various housing associations. Has been a void surveyor and carried out condition surveys of schools in the South East. Has worked in private practices and assisted both planned and reactive maintenance contracts for housing associations and local authorities. Has excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. Has experience of DDA audits, lifetime homes and disabled home requirements.
