SENIOR CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained 8 years industry experience. Manages a caseload of approximately 450 motor claims, dealing with high volumes effectively. Proactively manages the end to end process of all post first notifications first and third party damage including Third Party Damage, customer damage and theft investigations to manage the overall expenditure throughout the life cycle of the claim. Presents to and consults with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. Currently undertaking a Team Leader Secondment responsible for a team of 10 - 15 members. Manages and motivates a team daily including adherence to time management to ensure work is completed efficiently. Supports team members on a one to one basis as well as supporting the department as a whole. Provides MI/statistics to senior management on a daily basis.
