BUILDING SURVEYOR with 7 years experience working within the loss adjusting arena. Currently carries up to 10 domestic surveys a day. Prior to this handled 100% building related claims typically upto £5,000. Covered the whole of the South East region. Prior to this visited domestic and commercial properties, assessing the insured peril in view of validation or repudiation. As well as general insurance perils such as fire and escape of water, has also gained experience undertaking risk assessments for commercial properties including warehouses, restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, shops and manufacturing outlets.
Applicant Qualifications
BSc (Hons) Property and Surveying 2:1. British Damage Management Associate (BDMA).
