MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 2 years industry experience. Has a wealth of experience in handling motor claims, public liability claims and carrying out routine admin duties. In last role within the industry, processed all the motor claims for the council fleet and leased vehicles from start to finish. Dealt with third parties, completed motor claim forms and liaised with solicitors and other insurance companies in writing and via the telephone. Arranged hire for leased drivers and third parties. Organised vehicle inspections and dealt with day to day motor queries. Kept up to date with diary actions and chasers. Compiled reports for Fleet Managers. Set up and arranged quotes for all risk and school journey claims.  Seeking to return to an insurance claims role.
