CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/SPECIALIST SALES who has gained over 5 years industry experience. In his last role within the industry, initially worked in Motor Insurance Sales and then moved to the Home Insurance Team after around a year due to company requirements. Worked in the Retention Department within house insurance, this included the straightforward renewal of policies, mid term adjustments and also the retention of policies. In addition to the role on the telephone, supported the Team Leader in his duties, ran meetings with the team, delivered communications and conducted problem solving sessions. Currently working out of the industry in teaching, which involves assessing in Customer Service, Business and Administration and also Team Leading. Along with this, teaches and supports learners up to Level 2 of their Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.
