Initially started with the company as the Regional Manager for the two Yorkshire regions, which meant was managing three field managers and approximately twenty field based staff working within Leeds and Sheffield. However after just four months at the company, was promoted to Director level within the company. Currently training and developing three regional managers, two operations managers, two recruitment managers, a national training manager, eight field managers and over seventy field based fundraising staff covering seven regional offices across the UK. Main duties include: Performance management of all managers within the business. Identifying training needs for all managers and designing taylor-made training programmes to develop them further. Effectively creating an end to end training programme. Ensuring KPI’s are achieved across the business in accordance with agreements.
