ACCOUNT MANAGER who has gained over 11 years customer service experience ranging from over the phone insurance sales and service to providing face to face support. In last role working for a major insurance company, was the Product Consultant which involved travel to London on a weekly basis. Oversaw a multi million pound book of business and agreed and came up with new ideas around how to keep this book of business and grow the business further. As Project Consultant, worked across sites to deliver and implement new incentives and products along with supplying fixes for current products. Currently as an Account Manager, looks after a current book of clients making sure that they have the relevant information that they need to go forward to recover the debt that they are owed and provides assistance with credit checking facilities that they may require.
