CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained experience of working in home and contents insurance, travel insurance and motor and commercial insurance. Until recently, was a claims handler for an insurer that handled vehicle fleets. Previously whilst working for a firm of loss adjusters, dealt with domestic losses, both building and contents. Dealt with losses from initial advice to settlement and also gained some travel claims experience. Liaised with insureds and insurers and decisions were made via desktop assessment once a report from a qualified builder was received.
