Currently working within a Home Insurance Call Centre, was asked to deliver a project to improve compliance scores for the sales department, consisting of 11 teams. Demonstrates the values, liaising, engaging and challenging other areas of the business including products, underwriting and risk to ensure the product is fit for purpose and the customer receives a fair outcome while minimising/eliminating potential risk. Providing additional support to consultants, using people skills and giving detailed feedback proved in increasing the departmental compliance figures from 90% to 96% within a 3 month period.
