CLAIMS HANDLER with over 15 years experience in the insurance industry. Currently responsible for setting up new household claims, liaising with customers, intermediaries and suppliers and settling claims. Previously as an Admin Team Leader/Adviser set up motor policies, managed/motivated/coached a team, tracked and emailed documents, provided quotes and dealt with claimant queries. Successfully improved a team to become one of the highest performing teams in the office. Developed a range of skills and attributes including customer focus, planning and organising, continuous improvement, problem solving and decision making, excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management.  A confident individual looking for a new role within the claims sector.

Applicant Qualifications

Insurance Foundation Certificate. BSc (Hons) Applicable Mathematics with Computing Sciences 2:2.
