CUSTOMER MANAGER who has gained 6 years industry experience within a well established insurance company and a 1 year apprenticeship with a broker. Core responsibilities of current role include handling sensitive cases such as the accounts of deceased policyholders and insurance fraud prevention. In addition to these responsibilities, has taken on the further duties in becoming an advocate in both of the new company systems used to help and support the team. By working closely with the project team, has gained extra skills within process writing. Is also responsible for training and coaching new and experienced members of the team. Initially dealt with incoming calls for Motor Insurance and to a minor amount, Household and Pet Insurance. Seeking an opportunity to develop skills learned to date.
