ADMINISTRATOR who has gained experience within a variety of roles. Experience includes dealing with all administration and reception duties, including dealing with all aspects of both incoming and outgoing post, diary organisation for senior staff, answering a high volume of calls using a multi line telephone operating system, photocopying, file organisation and management. The first point of contact for clients, dealing with all client requests both via the telephone, via e-mail and in person. Responsible for assembling and quality checking large environmental impact statements and reports where attention to detail was vital to the integrity of the documents not only being correct but to them also being completed often to very short and strict deadlines. Seeking to return to an administrative role where skills and experience can be fully utilised.
NVQ Level 1 & Diploma in Business Administration.
