HOUSEHOLD CLAIMS HANDLER with 2 years experience gained in the insurance sector within a claims capacity.  Handles household claims from cradle to grave. Experienced at carrying out reviews damage to buildings, thefts, accidental damage and various other claims via video footage and putting together buildings scopes, reports and agrees settlements with customers based on professional scopes. Liaising with suppliers and third parties in order to settle several different aspects of claims. Strong counter fraud understanding and knowledge of processes set by the FCA/FOS. Complaints handling experience as a senior and compliance to strict rules set by the business. Claim portfolio of almost 200 claims being dealt with at any one stage with all documents, activities and queries being dealt with within timescales set by the FCA/FOS. Very high pass rate of audits both internally and externally including payment accuracy. Seeking to secure a new position within the industry.
