CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR who has gained industry experience within a leading insurance company.  Until recently, worked in a fast paced, customer driven environment where duties were varied, dealing with all aspects of claims administration including resolving queries and problems over the telephone as well as by email and letter. Worked to strict deadlines and targets, ensuring claims were settled in the most cost effective way and placed accurate reserves throughout the life of the claim. The role demanded a high degree of organisation as well as the ability to prioritise a heavy caseload.  Seeking a new role within the insurance industry.
