CONTRACT MANAGER/SURVEYOR with experience gained within insurance claims and property & facilities management. Experienced in undertaking domestic and commercial claims validation (buildings and flooring contents) providing a report and schedule of works for reinstatement.  Prior to this, was field based and worked with a £10,000 delegated authority which consisted of claim validation. Undertook surveys, providing validation to perils. Compiled a report and schedule of works enabling the limit of liability. Negotiated settlement on behalf of the insurance company.
