SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR who has gained 10 years industry experience. Currently working within the Commercial Operations team, handles all non-scheme Commercial policies from New Business processing right through to the renewal. Other policies are through schemes for professional affinity groups such as Vets, Dentists, Doctors and Chiropractors. Deals with the Professional Indemnity scheme that the company has for Vets and also handled the distressed Professional Indemnity/Medical Malpractice cases for Dentists and Doctors. Is a Directors' & Officers' and Professional Indemnity product specialist devising the in-house training and delivering to colleagues. Is also responsible for providing product training for Commercial Combined, Contract Works, Motor Fleet, Commercial Vehicle and Private Motor. Handles key clients and liaises with insurers. Re-broking and inviting Commercial policies for renewal as well as dealing with mid-term adjustments.

 

Applicant Qualifications

Due to sit final exams - PO5 - Insurance Law and P96 - Liability Insurance in 2015. Passed P93 - Commercial Property and Business Interruption and M92 - Insurance Business & Finance. Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
