BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who has gained almost 3 years industry experience. Responsible for research & market mapping to identify suitable target clients within required appetite (typically those delivering fees of £20-80K). Gathers intelligence on target clients through varied sources - trade & business publications, online & social selling resources (eg linked in and artesian), word of mouth & recommendations. Uses intelligence to create insight led approach to target client to gain entry and secure first meeting. Meets with target clients to understand their business, risk management & insurance needs, key drivers for change and identify potential new business opportunities. Develops long term working relationships with key contacts at target clients and articulates the company's proposition such that the company becomes the logical alternative to incumbent broker.
Currently studying Diploma CII Qualification. Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. BA (Hons) Geography.
