SALES TEAM MANAGER who has gained 25 years experience within the insurance industry. Currently responsible for the day to day supervision and running of a team of internal Sales Executives, maintaining excellent customer service, operational quality and compliance standards, in accordance with FCA regulations and TCF obligations. Face to face sales and telephone calls. Maintains high standards and behaviours across the team, assisting and actively managing the team's development, providing feedback to maximise potential capabilities. Proactively seeks out new opportunities to achieve targets and drive the business forward. Delivers a range of monthly team targets. Effectively plans and organises daily activities within the branch. Manages all paperwork and banking processes keeping accurate records and files. Leads by example and provides a 5 star service to customers, selling personal lines insurance offering all available products in a compliant manner, maximising opportunities and driving the business forwards. Due to current threat of redundancy, is seeking new challenges to progress career.
