COMMERCIAL CLAIMS DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR who has gained 20 years experience within a busy claims department for a car rental business dealing with accident claims, first notification of loss, third party claims, collection of insurance excess and damage debt. Is competent in handling customer complaints/queries and escalation complaints. Has supervised teams of up to 6 staff ensuring daily targets and deadlines are met. The aim of the claims team is to recover the debt to the company associated with any damage/accident claims. In current role, is responsible for ensuring deadlines are met, targets reached and assists with the day to day running of the team. Also manages larger account customers, deals with disputes and queries, debt collection and claim handling from cradle to grave.
