ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT who has worked for over 1 year within an insurance brokers.  Main responsibilities are researching and obtaining information relating to possible clients. Gathers information by telephone, updates and maintains database information, enters raw data and filing. Further to this, also takes minutes for meetings, creates reports and is involved in quality control. Answers phone calls, returns e-mails, photocopies and scans documents. Aids in researching projects for the management.

BA in Computer Animation - 2:1.
