ACCOUNT HANDLER - SME who has gained an extensive background within the insurance industry, with experience of identifying and meeting the needs of Personal Lines, SME and Corporate customers. Currently manages the insurance programmes for a specific portfolio of clients, including the provision of technical analysis and alternative programme design, including re-broking. Provides an excellent service to clients at all times, responding to their needs and changes as they arise. Handles queries from clients, brokers, Account Executives and others, where required. Negotiates placements (including additional policies, renewal and midterm amendments) on directly handled SME clients in line with the agreed company placement strategy.
Applicant Qualifications
Studying for the Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. MSc Risk Management (Distinction). Bachelors in Marketing Management.
