LARGE LOSS CLAIMS HANDLER who is currently responsible for reporting all performance improvement solutions and recommendations to key stakeholders and sponsors following in-depth assessment of processes, procedures and on-site observation of business practices. Handles fire and flood claims, large losses from £10k up to £50k. Effectively manages own portfolio of complex home claims, managing costs, complaints, suppliers and customer expectations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Manages customer claims, reviews documentation and negotiates settlements. Supports the Team Leader in the day-to-day running of the team and adheres to TCF principles.
