CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER who entered the general insurance sector in 2014 with prior experience gained away from the industry including bancassurance. Has worked for two major insurers before moving into current role in 2016 handling a caseload of customer complaints within the automotive sector. Initially carried out a sales and service role handling mid-term adjustments in relation to motor insurance before moving into claims dealing with motor claims from cradle to grave. Interested in looking at new opportunities in the industry.
