MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 3 years industry experience. In last role, dealt with general enquiries to RTA’s involving customers. Requested documents to help the handlers deal with their enquiries such as accident report forms, witness statements and photos. Dealt with the updating of client’s insurance documents when received. Liaised with clients to ensure they had the right insurance documents and notified them once they had been updated. Worked as part of a team to ensure workload was done quickly and efficiently. Worked to very high standards on data input. Understood legal procedure to claims and assessed the success of particular claims.
