REGIONAL UNDERWRITING TEAM LEADER who has gained 20 years industry experience. Currently leads a team of 10 Underwriters dealing with all aspects of underwriting queries. Builds and manages relationships with the Tied Agency Network. Completes agency and customer visits as required. Is the regional contact for National Equine Underwriting complaints and liaises with the Customer Relations Team at Head Office. Resolves customer complaints within 24 hours wherever possible. Drives new business acquisition and existing business to meet targets, motivates and improves team engagement. Is responsible for performance management of the team including 1-2-1s.
Applicant Qualifications
Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). JO1 - Personal Taxation - part of the Diploma in Financial Planning. IFS Lifetime Mortgage Examination (Merit). Financial Planning Certificate. Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice.
