CUSTOMER SERVICES ACCOUNT HANDLER who has worked within the industry for over 1 year.  Currently responsible for any mid-term changes to clients motor policies such as changing of vehicles, adding/removing drivers and cancelling policies, as well as household policies which include changing addresses, policy types such as adding/removing levels of cover and frequently contacting both clients and insurers to ensure relevant cover is in place when needed.  Seeking career advancement in a role where skills and experience can be fully utilised.
