BROKER SERVICES ADVISOR/ADMINISTRATOR who has gained industry experience and has recently completed a traineeship as a Project Manager. Until recently, was responsible for making sure that procedural work was carried out efficiently and resolved any discrepancies quickly. Efficiently and correctly loaded new insurance policies onto the internal database. Investigated the root causes of issues and took on projects to rectify schemes. Developed loading procedures and amended current methods. Trained new and current staff. Maintained internal documentation, including archiving, which required manual lifting and working in a confined space. Audited the work processed by her team. Maintained knowledge of the insurance industry, including regulations.

 

Applicant Qualifications

MA in Museum & Heritage Management (Commendation). BA Joint Hons in Philosophy with History 2:1.
