STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who has gained over 20 years’ experience across Retail Consumer Finance, Insurance Broking, Broker and Affinity Business. Has a proven record of delivering tangible results and is an energetic and ambitious team player. Currently responsible for developing and managing a credit strategy with an account portfolio consisting of 3 high street brand retailers - generating over £50 million volume of business. Proactively manages the profit and loss account for each retailer. Automation of processes looking at area of improvement and providing solutions, working with various Stakeholders. Has project management involvement. Holds quarterly review meetings with CEO of retailers and various stakeholders, involving producing high level management information and looking for areas of growth. Involvement in divisional plans, annual budgets and constant monitoring of performance against target. Responsible for relationship development with key decision makers.  Seeking a return to the insurance industry in a role where skills and experience can be fully utilised.

Applicant Qualifications

Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute - Dip CII. Institute of Leadership and Management Diploma (ongoing).
