Knowledge encompasses relationship management, account servicing, development work, underwriting, product/business development, marketing and project management covering personal and commercial insurance. Currently working for a software provider in a servicing and development role dealing with Brokers in the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland. Prior to this was responsible for the development and servicing of new and existing commercial accounts. Seeking to return to the general insurance sector.
