Currently working as a Complex and Major Loss Adjuster, has vast knowledge and experience of claim handling and investigation with over 30 years’ experience including roles as Special Investigator, Loss Adjuster, Surveyor and Claims Handling claims up to £250,000. Has a track record of achieving very high success rates in fraud detection (89% strike rate as opposed to 56% target). Constantly exceeds monthly revenue targets.  Passionate about providing excellent customer service, developing working relationships and mentoring others to develop and improve individual and team performance and results. An effective and proactive communicator via face to face, video, email and the telephone.
