SENIOR COMMERCIAL CLAIMS INCIDENT MANAGER who joined the adjusting profession and specialised in commercial property losses whilst retaining some involvement in personal lines claims. Moved into insurance and currently has a handling authority of £100,000 for all perils including subsidence. Experience also includes working on contracts in Saudi Arabia and the Caribbean. In the last 6 years has taken sole responsibility for the claims from a high profile account for a high net worth and exclusive property estate in London belonging to a national institution. The premium income significantly exceeded 7 figures. This account has renewed each year and the Broker has confirmed this was solely due to the claims handling service provided, despite more competitive renewal terms being offered elsewhere.
