ADJUSTER/SURVEYOR who previously worked within the insurance industry before entering the adjusting profession in 1996. Subsequently worked for a building company for 5 years before setting up on his own in 2009. Between 2009 and 2021, worked as a self-employed consultant for a variety of contractors who operate in the insurance industry repair market and was involved in adjusting/assessing work, asbestos management, estate valuations, H&S inspections and fire risk assessments. More recently has worked for two loss adjusting firms which has included working within the major loss unit handling a portfolio of Business Interruption (BI) claims arising out of the Coronavirus pandemic. Has also handled a wide range of losses from HNW, Commercial and subsidence losses. Also previously worked for international loss adjusters handling property claims to £250,000 and $12,000,000. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY and willing to consider suitable loss adjusting roles/surveying opportunities, contract or permanent.

Applicant Qualifications

BDMA. 402 Asbestos Surveyor. NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate. CAT4 Laboratory work (Defra Approved).
