A figure to be proud of
Independent Appointments and Adjusting Appointments have been established for 45 years serving the general insurance and legal market sectors throughout the UK, and loss adjusting industry within both the UK and overseas. The company has seen several changes over the past four decades, with the closure of national offices, and now with the consultant force based in the Leeds office in West Yorkshire, they are still very well equipped in providing a first class service to both new and existing clients and candidates.
One of the things that the company is very proud of is the longevity of the present consultant and administration workforce, which has a combined length of service of over 160 years, which is a credit to the company. Having a consistent and experienced consultant force enables relationships to be built and maintained with both clients and candidates, and maintaining the reputable name in the industry that the company holds. There are not many companies in this present day that can boast about the ability to retain their employees for such a long timescale.
For both new candidates registering for the first time or candidates re-registering with Independent Appointments or Adjusting Appointments, it is always nice to speak to the same consultant and build and maintain a familiar and trusting relationship. Knowing that the same consultant will be there to guide you on your recruitment journey from start to finish makes the indecisions you might experience about moving jobs easier.
For clients, having a familiar name to contact in relation to a new vacancy or seeking advice, means that you will have the confidence knowing that the consultant understands your business and the role, and will be able to source suitable candidates that are tailored to your needs.
It is always nice to be able to put a face to a name, and meeting and speaking to a consultant face to face whether in the Independent Appointments and Adjusting Appointments office or another venue, enables the relationship to be created and maintained over the forthcoming years.
