Claims operation based in Cardiff are seeking a highly motivated individual to work within the Commercial Claims Services regional structure who will lead successful and profitable teams and also deliver a high level of customer service.

You will be responsible for the attainment and maintenance of performance within the team, consisting of 5 loss adjusters and 3 internal support staff, this will include the technical quality of the work produced and the service delivered. You will also take responsibility for delivering financial performance for your team working closely with your Regional Director.

As well as managing the day to day running of the team, you will also carry a small portfolio of losses, but these will be either larger losses or complaint cases.

You will also be responsible for driving high standards of staff development and engagement and play a key role in conjunction with others in developing new business opportunities, seeking opportunity for growth through existing and new clients and services.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous leadership/management skills and have an excellent commercial awareness and client focus.  You will also ideally be ACII/ACILA or progressing towards these.
