Job Profile

Desk based estimator/surveyor is required for this small operation based in Leicester. Whilst desk based, you will be expected to deal with a portfolio of buildings related losses, preparing schedules and pricing for repairs using Exactware. The majority of the work is insurance related from brokers and loss adjusters, but they also deal with work for management companies. This role will be office based and due to the size of the office Covid measures are in place with everyone virtually having their own office space.

Applicant Requirements

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of dealing with building relating losses or come from a contractor background. Training will be provided where required and they are willing to look at more of a trainee. Due to the size of this company the progression is very limited.
