Job Profile

An opportunity exists for an experienced property Adjuster to join a busy Commercial Property team handling a portfolio of Commercial material damage and Business Interruption losses up to £100,000, in the mid to South Essex region. Responsible for all reports regarding each visit and full diary maintenance and will be required to manage a caseload effectively providing service delivery within clients SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria. Monthly settlement and /or financial targets will also be set by your line manager.

Although you will be working autonomously, your line manager will maintain regular contact with you to discuss service delivery and in particular to provide guidance and mentoring in relation to more complex and challenging claims.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates should have experience of commercial losses and be able to demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service. Existing market profile within the local area would be an advantage. Progression towards professional qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
