There is now an excellent opportunity for a talented Agriculture Adjuster to join a highly successful team, covering East Anglia. As an experienced Agriculture Adjuster, you will be provided with the tools and training required to investigate and agree losses on behalf of specialist rural insurance companies. You will meet their customers and assess their property and financial losses. These claims could range from damage to domestic homes to specialist agriculture and potentially anything in between.
Working as part of a specialist team of Loss Adjusters and Claim Professionals, you will be supported by a dedicated, local team of experienced staff, all focused on delivering an unrivalled customer experience.
You will be responsible for effectively managing a caseload and meeting all client expectations as well as maintaining and developing support from specialist rural Insurance Brokers and Agents.
Having full autonomy to use your initiative, empathy and understanding to customers - literally putting yourself in their shoes, but also using your business acumen to provide the right outcome.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates who can demonstrate having previous agricultural claims experience would be ideal, but would also consider someone with an agricultural background looking to utilise their experience within claims. Progression towards professional qualifications would also be advantageous.
