Claims operation in the Kent area requires an Administrator / Secretary to support the Managing Director, to assist with their day to day administrative tasks. You will be responsible for typing up reports booking travel, assisting in AD Hoc admin duties for other staff, as well as other secretarial duties and support duties.  The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. Ideally looking for someone to commence employment within the next four weeks.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a secretarial role with audio typing skills, have a good telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team.  It is essential that you have previously worked in an insurance environment.
