Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Client Delivery Manager to serve as liaison between their motor claims team and clients. The quality of the claims service you will help to provide will generate new opportunities and secure renewed business although you will also be experienced in creation of presentations to inform potential new clients about the services. Your priority will be to ensure that clients are satisfied at all times, resolving any outstanding issues in a timely and effective manner.
As the successful candidate you will come from a strong motor claims background. You will have overall responsibility for delivery of client's operational and customer service requirements. You will work closely with the Operational Managers to ensure all qualitative and quantitative goals are set and achieved including productivity, utilisation and SLAs/KPIs. Working with Operational Managers, you will implement, develop and continually review processes, ensuring they remain effective and efficient. Act as the key entry point into the relevant operational team for the client. Lead due diligence process from an operational perspective in terms of potential new clients. Lead and own the implementation and on boarding of new clients through to launch.
